The highlight of the Comfort Series is a beveled top at the lower bout and, on some models, including the WCG18CE, a belly cut on the back. Both features prevent hard, right angle edges from cutting into the elbow & belly.
The WCG18CE is a grand auditorium acoustic/electric guitar with a venetian cutaway for superior upper fret access. The guitar features a spruce top with gorgeous abalone rosette and mahogany back and sides for a rich, warm sound and the Fishman Isys+ satin finished mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard that features classic dot inlays and ⁹rosewood bridge that matched the fingerboard. The black gloss headstock which features a pearl inlaid Washburn logo and stylized Washburn branded chrome die cast tuners for tuning ease and stability.
